This warm up covers all the major tent poles of the voice...chest voice, head voice, and mixed voice through edge coordination and pharyngeal resonance. She keeps it simple and effective for maximum results. By the end you should feel your range has lengthened, and released power and connection from top to bottom.
*NOTE: It is important that you make sure you are familiar with the fundamental execution of each exercise before incorporating this into your daily routine. Only sing within the range of motion you can maintain proper form.
